Through strong relationships, adults can support youth in fulfilling their innate need to be loved, spiritually grounded, educated, competent, and healthy. The goal of this course is to help adult staff and volunteers create positive interactions with youth that lead to relationships that support them in reaching their full potential.

In this course, you will identify examples of positive interactions between adults and youth, as well as practice creating positive interactions using observation, listening, and engaging skills.
