One of three three-hour online modules developed by the University of California Early Academic Outreach Program to support college students, youth workers, and others serving as postsecondary transition coaches or college and career advisors for K-12 students.
Each set of modules will be offered in a cohort format through which individuals and program administrators gain access to the modules, and participating nonprofits, districts, public agencies, and higher education institutions gain access to support from the Partnership for Student Success in the form of technical assistance and peer support through professional learning communities and working groups.
