2024 Community Collaboration Challenge: Announcing Awardees

The NPSS Support Hub, with support from the Leon Lowenstein Foundation, distributed $174,000 in Community Collaboration Challenge stipends to 22 communities across the country. Awardees used these funds to host local collaboration events in their communities, bringing together diverse stakeholder groups such as local schools, districts, nonprofit organizations, out-of-school programs, colleges, student groups, families, local government agencies, and other community leaders, to identify shared assets and challenges and set initial goals to get more people-powered and evidence-based supports to students in their communities.

Awardees were announced at the NPSS breakfast event held on February 16th, 2024, at the AASA National Conference on Education. The NPSS Hub received over 90 applications from organizations in 36 states. Awardees hail from all corners of the country across 15 states.
